Once you complete the order and confirm, an invoice is generated, which also specifies the time your order will be delivered.

You can cancel the order up to the point of shipping without any charges being applied. Unfortunately, once the product is shipped, then as per our cancellation and conditions, charges may apply. For assistance in this matter, you may contact the customer service team who will be happy to assist.

DAMAGED ITEMS:

We strive to ensure that all products are free from defects and are delivered in excellent condition. If for any reason the product has been damaged during delivery or is missing any parts, you may choose not to accept the product. Our delivery agent will be happy to take the product back immediately.

If you are unable to receive your order personally and notice damaged products at a later time, you can return the order by contacting our customer service team. We offer you hassle free return policy. If you are unhappy with our product, there are several ways to return it to us. If the product is in its original packaging, the unused item can be sent back to us on the same day you received it. If possible, we will even organize a free pick up of the product from your location.
