Damaged Items:

We strive to ensure that all products are free from defects and are delivered in excellent condition. If for any reason the product has been damaged during delivery or is missing any parts, you may choose not to accept the product. Our delivery agent will be happy to take the product back immediately. If you are unable to receive your order personally and notice damaged products at a later time, you can return the order by contacting our customer service team. We offer you hassle free return policy. If you are unhappy with our product, there are several ways to return it to us. If the product is in its original packaging, the unused item can be sent back to us on the same day you received it. If possible, we will even organize a free pick up of the product from your location.

Product Descriptions

BQ Fresh attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, BQ Fresh does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any Products/Services listed is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product supplied is not as described, user/customer’s sole remedy is to return it as per our Clause #8 Returns and Refund Policy.

Pricing & Payments

“Price” means the suggested retail price of a product. With respect to items sold on the platform, the price is confirmed once you order.

Payment Options

BQ fresh accepts Cash on Delivery, Benefit Pay, Credit or Debit Card payments. User can choose any of the above payment options and proceed with checkout.

Payment Receipt

You will receive a copy of the receipt in your registered email after the delivery is executed and payment is done.

Permissions & Updates

When you use apps created by BQ Fresh, such as the BQFresh App, you may grant certain permissions to us for your device. Most mobile devices provide you with information about these permissions. We may offer automatic or manual updates to the BQ Fresh Software at any time and without notice to you.

The BQ Fresh services and all information, content, materials, products (including software) and other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the BQ Fresh services are provided by BQ Fresh on an “as is” and “as available” basis, unless otherwise specified in writing. BQ Fresh makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the BQ Fresh services, or the information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the BQ Fresh services, unless otherwise specified in writing. You expressly agree that your use of the BQ Fresh services is at your sole risk.

To the full extent permissible by law, BQ Fresh disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. BQ Fresh does not warrant that the BQ Fresh services, information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through the BQ Fresh services, BQ Fresh’s servers or electronic communications sent from BQ Fresh are free of viruses or other harmful components. To the full extent permissible by law, BQ Fresh will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of any BQ Fresh service, or from any information, content, materials, products (including software) or other services included on or otherwise made available to you through any BQ Fresh service, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Disputes & Applicable Law

Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your use of any BQ Fresh service by BQ Fresh or through BQFresh.com will be resolved by binding arbitration as per the Laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
